Since 2010, when I moved back to Greece from The Netherlands, I have been working mostly as a freelance skipper, deck / stew & deck / cook / stew on charter sailing yachts, as well as doing deliveries for various charter companies. In the winter of 2011-2012, I worked as an assistant instructor for Achaia Sailing School in Patras (Greece), running the Greek equivalent course to the RYA Day Skipper. Training others gave me the full perspective of responsibility and gained strong skills in all aspects of sailing, from crowd management to yacht's maintenance and general troubleshooting. I have sailed extensively in Greece and the Mediterranean on yachts up to 110ft in various positions on deck and below deck. In 2014 I did my first transatlantic crossing on a Hallberg Rassy 46, from Antigua to Hamble, UK and ever since I try to be as much as possible in the ocean. My love for hospitality and cooking led me to trying myself below deck as a deck & cook stewardess, which I find very satisfying and enjoy a lot. My menu consists mostly of Greek and Italian cuisine. My last role was mate / cook / stew on a 62ft private catamaran from Martinique to Tahiti, via Panama Canal and Galapagos. We spent a month in the yard in Martinique to refit the boat and set up all the interior from scratch for the new owner and then we set sail crossing in one leg the Caribbean Sea, then the Panama Canal, Galapagos and straight to Tahiti where we used as a base for the owner's trips to Society and Tuamotu Islands.

Able to work solo and in a team with all nationalities. Leadership skills but working equally well under supervision. Provisioning and Ocean cross planning, working under a budget, quick to adjust my menu to all preferences and isolated parts of the world where variety of products is not existing.
