My name’s Loredana, I'm 47 years old. I just finished my fifth season as chefstew aboard a 90 ft sailing yacht. I’m a Chef, with over 20 years of experience, my speciality is cooking Mediterranean foods but, I am also
fascinated and passionate about Asian and
South American cucine. I’m specialised also in management of the lower deck (galley supplies, accommodation
of the cabins, welcome and care guests)
In general I have a complete experience of the hospitality sector, in the past I managed
B&Bs, direct restaurants and I owned a club.
