My first job as tour guide allow me to have enough time cultivate the activities that I love to do like travelling and cooking. My lifestyle and physical aspect are young and dynamic. I?m a positive person and I have a quite life because a do what make me feel good. I like to respect the rules and good education. My passion for cooking, travel and see push me to find a job on the ships of small and medium size. That?s why I?m available to work on charters for short periods like weekends or few weeks during the winter and summer.

I learned to cook from my mother who teach me the Neapolitan cooking style. During the time I improved my knowledge in cooking and I learned to prepare different dishes. My friends fall in love of my dishes that?s why when them or people organize a party call me to cook for them. After these experiences I decided to cook on demand for private clients and actually I prepare meals for 20 persons for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They contract me to organize the meal completely form buying the ingredients to prepare and decorate the hall and the personnel to serve at the banquet.
