  • Descrizione del lavoro: We are looking for an outstanding Captain to join our 33m sailing yacht based in Barcelona, Spain. Our current Captain is stepping down due to health reasons, and we are looking for an experienced professional to take over the full management of the yacht. The yacht operates with a crew of four, and the Captain will be responsible for leading and managing the team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include the overall operation of the vessel, crew management, navigation, refit planning and supervision, liaison with the Flag State and regulatory authorities, budget oversight, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring the yacht is maintained to the highest operational and safety standards. We are seeking a hands-on leader with proven experience on large sailing yachts, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to yacht management.
