    I have always loved the sea. Naples and Sardinia are my places of origin and I have always dreamed of making this passion my job. Extremely determined, I love being among people and taking care of my guests as I have done for more than 15 years. working as a hotelier in my family's accommodation facilities. Serene and affable, I have learned not to take anything for granted in life and to enjoy it every day and I try to convey this modus vivendi to the people I host in my activities. I deeply love the reading, history and art. I love traveling and discovering new things, people, emotions. cooking is not a passion but something else. food as a form of art and satisfaction of the senses. I try to transpose this great love for how much good the earth offers us. stubborn and tenacious, used to facing even uncomfortable situations which have never affected my great passion for the sea.

    After an internship at the "Marriot Grand Hotel Flora" in Rome, for over fifteen years I have been involved in hotel accommodation, managing my facilities in Naples and S'Archittu (west coast of Sardinia, carrying out multiple tasks (reception of guests, kitchen, lounge, excursions), appropriately aided by my employees. I therefore decided to embark with my husband, acquiring further professionalism and experience. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with particular attention to the territory and the seasonality of foods, profound knowledge of wines and their pairings. more than twenty years of experience has allowed me to relate to various types of customers, recognizing my particular predisposition for "problem solving".
