I worked on this field for more than 13 years already both Hotel and Restaurant, international cruise lines and European river cruise. My last position on board was Chef de partie As a Chef de Partie , I am predominantly involved in overseeing my section I was responsible for. This includes of ordering, preparing, cooking and to ensure that every food that we served is on high quality in taste and presentation. And to ensure that I am a well motivated person and cooking is my passion. That is the reason why I always want the guest to be satisfied on every meal that I served. Especially if they have a dietary meals, like gluten free food, lactose intolerance, dairy and nuts allergies. am looking forward to work on a yachts
