Personal Notes
I am comming from instructor backround and i been in army so i like dicipline. First of all i fell in love with bikes and than sea. Bikes gave me very good knowledge about engines and i convert it to the marine engines. I like fixing things and sailing.
Competencies
I donīt have any qualifications but have many many experiences about marine engineering. I am looking forward to finish my AEC courses next year. Actualy i have to finish because many people thinking that piece of paper fixing the boats.
Soft skills
I start to like fixing electrical problems on the boat. Finding and solving electrical problem is looks like math. If something challenging i am in.
Organizational skills
When i was working on the beach i was the oldest instructor in the team and the other instructors had a big respect to me. I was the second supervisor and i was helping all the courses organisations.
