Personal Notes
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a strong passion and flair for the sail. I have been sailing since I was a child with my father's boat (RpD 41 feet). After I got my unlimited sailing licence in 2009, I started sailing with this boat by myself and I carried out several solitary trips and races such as the Round Sardinia Race 2017, without the support of the autohelm.
Competencies
Working in the field of sailing which contains a number of crew allowed me to communicate with them in a very clear and effective way in order not to miss the smallest detail, which is the key to obtain precise results.
-Working as a sailing instructor tough me that the precision and clarity of communication are important but it is also important to be able to communicate with others in a brief time which can save a lot of time and guarantees the efficiency of work.
-I have also learned in the field of sailing that is important to listen to my team mates opinions which helps to obtain a result very close to perfection.
Soft skills
Good social skills, I' am very good at creating a good environment for working even in stressed times.
-Good faith in my worthy colleagues, knowing that my team mates are good at what they do, i trust their work so the work could be done as soon as possible.
-Good sense of time, i have the ability to handle well the time available in order not to waste any and respect the given deadline.
-Hard worker, i do not stop working until the result meets my expectation.
-Persevering person, i do not quit the job no matter how hard the circumstances are.
Organizational skills
Excellent organization skills, gained working in the field of sailing, as I have learned that most of our everyday jobs are very similar to a boat in which the target can only be reached when things are done in an organized way and following a certain logical pattern.
-Excellent management skills, gained as a sailing instructor, at this position i was responsible of a certain number of sailing students and had to make sure that everyone is doing the appointed task in a way to insure the functionality of the whole work

Good command of office suite ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Paint).
-Excellent use of the internet.
-Good command of professional Engineering Programs ( Solid Works, Rhinoceros 3D, Ansys APDL, Matlab, Mathematica, Octave, Arduino).
