Personal Notes
In the past 15 years I have been working as a head chef in various land based restaurants, serving, cooking and catering food for guests.
I have lots of experience in cooking Mediterranean food, seafood, local Croatian and Italian specialities, and would like to expand my work in marine and yacht bussines.
As a person, I am a hard working, very frienldy and positive person, able to work in a team and both as a solo chef, willing to learn new things and explore my potentiality in culinary world and yachting.
Competencies
My yachting experience is 2 days intensive cooking for BBC crew filming a documentary of a water carrier boat KAPETAN MRS in Croatia.
In my career I used to cook for accurate and former Croatian presidents, and also for members of Government and Parlaiment.
Soft skills
I am able to work in a team and both as a solo chef, willing to learn new things and explore my potentiality in culinary world and yachting. My ambitions are also to learn more about deck and boats.
Organizational skills
In my previous work places I was in charge of kitchen, responsible for ordering requisitions, preparing ingredients, creating menu, set up a task list for fellow colleagues, pizza making, reporting to restaurant manager
I was responsible for preparation food for photography and food styling and layout
Technical skills
I have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel, I hold a valid driving license
