Easy going hassel free mature galley professional. am 42 with solid land based experience, plus 6 months opening team from dock to sea luxury cruise liner experience, also had in between a 7 week temporary assignment in private m/y, after which i have decided to try and work in they acht industry, Looking for a long term assignment.

Soft skills
I have had no problems working in areas not in in my competent areas, but i guess age make you mature and mellow and to try and succeed has become that comes naturally with age and experience.
Organizational skills
Good budgeting skills in the galley, Quality first without cutting to much of cost but being smart. Good interpersonal skills, love to swim and snorkel, unfortunately never had the time to do SCUBA DIVING.
